Independent Suppliers Group Hosts Successful Industry Week ’22 in Las Vegas
Rosemont, IL - November 21, 2022 – Independent Suppliers Group held another highly successful annual meeting for members, suppliers, and industry partners in Las Vegas with over 1,000 registrants, 100 booths at the tradeshow and 175 in attendance for the Pinnacle/AOPD One-on-One meetings. Industry Week '22 included insightful panels, educational seminars, and an in-depth look at the state of ISG by President and CEO, Mike Gentile.
Industry Week ’22 kicked off with several days of Pinnacle/AOPD Member and Supplier events including One-on-One Meetings, Pinnacle/AOPD Member Peer Exchange, and networking opportunities for OPWIL (Office Products Women in Leadership).
The main focus of the Industry Week ’22 General Session was discussing the future of the workplace. An insightful keynote speech on this topic, and on the traditional B2B sales model, was given by Phil Kirschner, Senior Expert at McKinsey and Company, along with a series of one-on-one conversations led by OPI CEO, Steve Hilleard and industry experts.
Other highlights of the Industry Week ’22 General Session included ISG Chairman of the Board, Jordan Kudler, providing his annual address, ISG Board and Committee recognitions, ISG Member Sales Awards, and the annual NAOPA Awards hosted by Janet Bell of OPI.
Industry Week ’22 attendees took advantage of the various educational seminars being offered throughout the week. ISG Members also attended the NEXT Young Leaders Mixer and ended the evening with a Welcome Reception sponsored by ACCO Brands.
The final day of Industry Week ’22 started with the inaugural “Outstanding Commitment to Your Community Awards,” that recognized ISG Members who do amazing charitable work for their local communities. These awards were followed by the Essendant General Session, which focused on new initiatives, insights, and updates.
BSA conducted a forum that featured a BSA members-only roundtable session discussing what is on the horizon for the industry over the next year. This forum was followed by the ISG Supplier Awards and the Business Solution Association Awards.
The final highlights of this year’s meeting were the Industry Week ’22 Tradeshow and celebration at Omnia Nightclub sponsored by HON. The annual Tradeshow offered exhibitors the chance to display all of the latest and innovative products, while the party at Omnia Nightclub offered the perfect setting to allow Industry Week ’22 attendees to celebrate a productive week. Additionally, one lucky winner was awarded $2,500 from the "Deal of a Lifetime" contest.

Finally, ISG is excited to announce that Industry Week ’23 will be hosted at the Hilton New Orleans Riverside and the Ernest N. Morial Convention Center, October 8-11, 2023.
