TriMega’s Greg Fish to Retire

It is with mixed emotions that TriMega announces the retirement of Greg Fish, Executive Vice President of Purchasing for TriMega. After a long and accomplished 21-year career at TriMega, Greg has made the decision to explore – and enjoy – the benefits of retirement, effective December 31, 2016.
TriMega & AOPD Announce Details for Kinetic 2017
American Office Products Distributors (AOPD), TriMega and its DSC group, announced that following a successful combined Annual Meeting earlier this year in San Antonio, they will once again be collaborating to co-host next year’s meeting, entitled Kinetic 2017. The event will return to Texas, this time just outside of Austin, at the Hyatt Regency Lost Pines Resort and Spa March 12 -16, 2017.
TriMega and Essendant Establish New Strategic Alignment
TriMega, its Board of Directors and the leading industry wholesaler, Essendant, are excited to officially announce the launch of the next phase of the new strategic alignment between the two organizations. This comprehensive new relationship will align TriMega and Essendant in a number of areas including procurement, marketing (both print and digital), category management, and content. This program is open to all TriMega members regardless of wholesaler affiliation, and all dealers will recognize benefits from this paradigm shifting initiative.
TriMega Hosts Successful Purchasing Clinics
TriMega announced that last week it held it’s first-ever “TriMega Purchasing Clinics” and hailed them a huge success. The group hosted nearly 60 dealer principals and purchasing agents representing 40 member dealerships in two separate day and-a-half sessions in a public training room at TriMega’s Rosemont, Illinois Offices. The objective of TriMega’s Purchasing Clinic is to help its members master the fundamentals of purchasing strategies and techniques to lower costs of goods, improve margins, increase turns, improve cash flow and ultimately to grow their business.
TriMega Announces Board of Director Changes
Following the organization’s recent annual Board elections and the Board of Directors meeting that took place last week in Rosemont, TriMega announced election results and changes to its Board of Directors.
TriMega reflects on a Successful INTEC Show, Ignite 2016, held in conjunction with ITEX 2016
For the second year in a row, TriMega partnered with the ITEX Conference and Expo (www.itexshow.com) for its 2016 INTEC Show. The event, entitled Ignite 2016 (www.ignite-2016.com), took place earlier this month at the Hilton Marina in Fort Lauderdale, FL and was hailed as a success for member and supplier participants.
