TriMega Purchasing Association, the leading dealer group for independent office product dealers, has introduced TriMega ThinkTank, an innovative new program designed to provide its members with highly focused networking opportunities with their peers.
TriMega ThinkTank takes dealer collaboration to a new level, through a model that facilitates best practice sharing, peer-to-peer

learning, creative brainstorming and problem solving like never before.
Each month, participating TriMega members will meet through 90-minute monthly ThinkTank teleconferences to discuss critical business topics and share insights and solutions. These sessions will be moderated by the business coaches of K.Coaching, one of the industry’s top dealer training and consulting organizations.
“New business challenges and opportunities are emerging at a faster pace than ever before,” commented TriMega Vice President of Marketing Michael Morris. ”Now, through the TriMega ThinkTank, our members will have access to a powerful new resource that will allow them to address these changes across a common front and leverage their collective expertise and experience in a highly productive and highly focused format,” he commented. “We long prided ourselves of providing many powerful dealer-to-dealer networking opportunities through tools such as our website message board, TriMega events, social media, and our educational seminar series called TriWebinars. ThinkTank will add a whole new dimension and urgency to dealer opportunities and industry developments with frequent networking on a new level,” he concluded.
ThinkTank groups will be made up of a maximum of ten dealer principals and upper management from non-competing TriMega dealers. Sessions will be recorded for subsequent on-demand listening (by ThinkTank Group members only) and minutes from each session will be shared with participants following each call, complete with any action steps identified by the group. Groups are segmented by dealership size, and ThinkTank is limited to five groups in total to start. TriMega members will pay a nominal fee to participate in this program.
“The TriMega membership as a whole represents an incredible knowledge base within our industry, and the TriMega team has come up with a terrific format with many unique elements to share that knowledge while supporting the growth and development of their dealers,” commented K.Coaching President Krista Moore. “At K.Coaching, we’re excited about the opportunities it offers to increase the flow of best practices ideas and information across the TriMega dealer community and look forward to being part of a program that has the potential to benefit TriMega dealers on so many different levels.”
TriMega will host the inaugural ThinkTank Mixer & Ice Breaking Session October 10 from 5:00 to 6:30 pm at TriMega’s Propel 2012 National Convention in Orlando. Subsequent ThinkTank sessions will take place via teleconference.
