TriMega Announces Aspire 2010

TriMega Purchasing Association announced the details of its 2010 National Convention. Entitled “Aspire 2010”, the event will take place September 29 – October 1, 2010 at JW Marriott San Antonio Hill Country Resort & Spa in San Antonio Texas and will connect TriMega’s 590 dealer members with more than 115 office products, furniture and technology suppliers, wholesalers and business partners.

The 2010 show will build on the success of the group’s recent record-breaking event, Focus 2009, which took place last month at the Westin Diplomat Resort & Spa in Hollywood, Florida. Aspire 2010 will feature a robust  tradeshow floor, a comprehensive line-up of leading seminar speakers, dealer roundtables and idea exchange sessions and an array of networking opportunities. “Having just wrapped up on such a tremendously successful convention last month, we really are very excited to be officially announcing our 2010 event at this time,” commented Charlie Cleary, TriMega President. “This year’s convention was instrumental in raising the profile of the many exciting opportunities that still exist for independent dealers in this new economy. I firmly believe Aspire 2010 will pick up where Focus 2009 left off and help TriMega members prosper and profit thanks to these opportunities,” he said.

The hotel property for Aspire 2010 is a soon-to-be opened JW Marriott San Antonio Hill Country property which is in the final stages of construction with a January 2010 grand opening date. “We’re thrilled to bring our National Convention to the state of Texas for the first time in TriMega’s history,” remarked Michael Morris, TriMega’s Vice President, Marketing. “The selection of Texas for our annual event responds to the feedback from a significant percentage of attendees who commented that they would love to see a more centrally located destination for our National Convention,” Morris commented. “San Antonio Hill Country is a great fit for ease of access, destination appeal and our confidence in its ability to deliver a productive and very fun experience for our attendees,” he continued. “We’re especially excited to debut this phenomenal new JW property to our members and suppliers.
